No. 04Who we help
Different reasons. The same place to start.
Your first rental. You want help turning a home into a tenancy.
A move away. You need someone local while you’re elsewhere.
One property—or a few. You want the management work to fit around your life.
A manager you’re questioning. You’re tired of chasing updates or wondering what you’re paying for.
Tell Chris Clarke about the property and what you’d like to change. He can confirm whether the service fits.
No. 05Before you choose
Questions worth asking before you choose.
It can be. Start with the hours you spend, the tasks you’d rather hand off and whether you can deal with issues locally. Then compare the fee with the responsibilities it covers. One property can still take more attention than you want to give it.
Chris Clarke will confirm current fees and inclusions for your property. Ask about extra charges as well as the management fee so you understand the full arrangement before deciding.
Discuss which decisions need your approval, how repairs are authorized and how updates reach you. Have those responsibilities explained before you engage a manager.
What would you like to stop managing?
Tell us about the property and the work you’d like to hand off. Start with a question. You don’t need to choose a service or share contact details to get basic answers.
When you want to take it further, the assistant can collect your enquiry for Chris Clarke to review and follow up personally.
